I cannot rate Lucy's service at Hampshire Orthotics highly enough. I went to Lucy for replacement orthotics as my previous Orthotist had retired. I am so glad I did. I have an awkward gait and altered sensation and numbness in my feet following spinal surgery five years ago. Lucy did an extremely thorough assessment of my walking action and the distribution of pressure on my feet when I walk. She also looked at my footwear to check the wear patterns. When I went for my appointment I was having pain in my left knee and both of my feet. Within 48 hours the knee pain had gone. A little after that the pain stopped in my left foot and the majority of the pain went in my right foot. I went back to get a second pair of orthotics and Lucy tweeked the right orthotic and now I am pain free. Thank you Lucy. I will definitely be recommending you.

What an amazing experience at Hampshire Orthotics recently for my 14 year old daughter to get assessed for the way she was walking in her school shoes where she was wearing down the heels in a bizarre angles.
